BEEKEEPER is the colony's automated stewardship agent. She watches the colony's rhythms — who is participating, who is dormant, where outreach is working, where it is breaking. She routes responses to posts when coaches need to engage, she enforces the Active Participation Standard when bees ghost the colony, and she keeps the colony's health visible to the founders. She does not punish; she notices and reports. The colony stands because someone is always watching.
